We bought a NordicTrack c1650 threadmill in January 2016. It worked only for 3 weeks and after that the console monitor went white.

After calling the customer service several times they finally sent us micro sd card, which we received a month later (due to back order) and this did not solved the problem. Now calling the customer service again and they are not helpful at all, and say the console needs to be changed which is again on back order and takes a while to be sent. The question is why should a new treadmill work only for 3 weeks and needs the console to be changed? and the customer service experience was the worse we ever had.

Long wait times to talk to someone and whenever we call then the part they say needs to be changed is on back order, and the customer service is not helpful at all.

Do not recommend this company at all. Horrible customer service.

I will never buy anything from them again.
