NordicTrack - Unreliable equipment, poor customer service
Bought a NordicTrack C700 from Sears which was delivered on Oct 15, 2015. It was installed in my garage by Sears.
Stopped working on Nov 17, 2015. Called Nordic Track and they refuse to service it unless the equipment is moved indoors, pointing to some obscure line in their manual that apparently requires the machine to be inside the house. The Sears installers did not tell me anything about requiring it to be indoors. Sears also refuses to take the equipment back.
Stuck with a $1200 piece of equipment that doesn't work and unfriendly customer service that won't support it. I had bought a Nordic Track stationary bike a few years ago which also stopped working within a year.
Appears that their equipment has a track record of being unreliable. My advice: don't buy Nordic Track anything.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1208.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
NordicTrack Cons: Unreliable equipment, Poor customer service.
Location: Fremont, California

Sear would have gladly taken this back if it was within 30 days of the sale... Also the price on this machine dropped twice since Oct 31 2015... when I purchased the same machine....
