NordicTrack - Very disappointed customer

I ordered your s22i studio cycle on December 19 and still have not received delivery. Your customer service is horrible and they don't seem to care that they leave you on hold for an indefinite period of time. If I had known it was going to be this difficult to get information on my order I would have never ordered from your company. No one seems to know any details. One person tells me it's out for delivery and another tells me it hasn't left the warehouse. You should be ashamed of the service that you DO NOT provide to your customers.

NordicTrack - Purchased a Nordic Track X22I and received a broken machine

I get a new machine that does not work! After 45 minute waits on the phone I am then told I have to wait 2 -3 weeks for replacement parts!!! ARE YOU FU*&%ING KIDDING ME? I am in my 2nd week now and called Nordic today and again waited an hour on the phone and now told have to wait 3-4 weeks for machine to be picked up! I am being proactive and filed a complaint with better business bureau today. Nobody needs to look at Nordic track. Wtf

NordicTrack - Junk ski machine

We purchased a new pro ski machine in summer 2016. First one shipped had bad slice in stomach support. Returned it. Next machine started breaking within a month. Replaced computer 4 times. Speed sensor stopped working. Bolts broke. Toe holder tore. These replaced under warranty. Now a Ski broke. Nordic track only committed to the one year warranty so now we have to pay $190.00 for one ski. Sales person admitted quality bad on these machines now made in China. We were a loyal customer with many different machines. Never again will buy Nordic Track products. Company no longer customer centric. Sad

NordicTrack is great at sales and marketing, support and service is a disaster

When you order a NordicTrack, don't expect information about when the product will be delivered for a couple weeks. There are no status updates or estimates of a shipping date. What you can expect is a follow up sales pitch to up the iFit subscription for a couple years. Don't expect this sales person to respond to any questions unless you offer to buy additional subscription time.

NordicTrack - Never received order, can't speak to a human

my order is 5 days late, spent 2.5 hours on hold, talked to someone only to get cut off, no one knows where my machine is but they have their money alright. called the cc company to hold the funds...felt like this website is a big scam.

NordicTrack - Dissapointed in item not working from day 1!!!

So disappointed! Ordered the X11i. It showed up after Christmas but was advertised as “order now and receive before Christmas. Paid for the white glove assembly but the assemblers left without ensuring it worked. Turned it on and the belt didn’t move. Took 4 days to get in contact with customer service. After 2 minutes of troubleshooting it was discovered that the circuit board was bad so they have to order another one. Oh and the circuit board is on back order and won’t be available for several weeks. So I spent almost $2500 on a piece of equipment that I won’t get to use for, at best, 6 weeks. Words cannot describe my dissatisfaction. Seriously contemplating returning it within 30 days!!!
