Need to speak with someone on how to adjust the seat angle and pointed downward

I have paid a two-year membership fee and have also paid for my NordicTrack. I want to ask a simple question about how to adjust the seat, and it seems that the only way I'll get to speak to someone is if I sign some kind of contract with my credit card so that they can charge me a dollar and then $45 a month to simply ask one lousy question.

My treadmill broke the first time I used it and no help from Nordic Track folks!! They took forever to answer the phone and then hung up on me when they decided they didn't want to hear from an upset customer anymore.

My Nordictrack x22i was delivered Jan 9, 2024. I was so excited to turn it on and use it. The minute my foot hit the belt it rattled loudly under the belt like something was loose. Trying to reach someone was extremely frustrating. I'm a month out and I just now have someone willing to come out and try to fix it. If I could return it I would, but now I am past my 30 day point by no fault of my own. I sure expect when I spend $3000 for something to work perfectly out of the box and when it doesn't, I expect to not have to wait a month to even attempt to get it fixed.

Just want a treadmill that doesnt turn on without a massive delay because of Ifit. Absolute highway robbery. I bought a super expensive machine. I DID NOT BUY IFIT. TAKE IT OFF!

Terrible customer service

My nordic track bike was delivered damaged. Bike was sent back for a replacement. I was never notified the replacement bike was on back order. I called the customer service and they were not helpful. Would NEVER recommend a Nordic Track Bike based on the terrible customer service.

Replaced control board twice. Walking deck 3 times! And now the incline start stop and speed controls stopped working! Absolute trash of a machine! Never buy a Nordictrack product!!!

S22i is junk!!!

Expensive bike will not connect to WiFi even though its 10 from the router. Absolute junk!! Should have known better. No way to fix without getting a new console. Guess I should have bought a regular bike without this damn screen!!!

Can't even assemble elliptical due to faulty part that they can't order

Purchased an Airglide 14i elliptical. Started assembling the day after delivery.

Got to step 10 and had a faulty part so couldn't get any further. Started a ticket with Service and Parts. "Solution" was for wrong step and part. Eventually determined to replace the part except that they are not actually able to get the part right now so no ETA.

I'm currently trying to return it and was initially told to contact Service and Parts (insert eye roll here) when I told them all of what transpired already so they're obviously not reading what is being sent. I was "reassured" that my 30 day trial wouldn't start until we actually received the part.

Who knows when that will be. I will follow up here if I receive a positive resolution.

I have a c990 6 years old was told it is not supported anymore . 50 hrs roughly on it . Your service dept said there is nothing that can be done to get machine to run . If i buy another console same issue will arise . I find it hard to believe a company as big and succesful as NT cannot fix or offer a fix to machine . For a company to sell a machine without disclosing this info is very shady . I bought machine in good faith and am left with an extra large paper weight . I wuld like to say thank you for you time but I cant as i spent 2 weeks salary for nothing .

Terrible customer service

Worst service ever!!! I have been fighting with Nordictrack since July over my commercial 2450.

It took weeks for the technician to come out . It's just over a year so I had to pay $160 but parts were covered. They found glass in the motor . The tech assured me it came this way because he could tell the motor cover has never been opened.

Took pictures and ordered parts so I thought. Three weeks went by and nothing so after finally being able to connect with three different people the parts were never ordered. I was told it was my job to order the parts. Why would it be my responsibility to order parts?

Waited another week for parts to come and another three weeks for tech to come out . Tread still squeaked so loud , he needed to order more parts . He ASSURED me he would order the parts. Another week went by and the parts were not ordered .

I call today and they said my warranty was canceled due to negligence ?? How can this be ? Im currently waiting to hear back from the supervisor who cancelled my warranty . There is zero reason my warranty should be cancelled.

Im beyond frustrated and so upset Im paying a machine that we cant use. The customer service is basically unreachable and when you do you are transferred several times to rude, scripted , helpless agents.
