Trying to call customer service everyday since after xmas and waiting on the phone for two hours and not getting any help. Nordictrack has got the worst customer service. How could nobody answer or take message and call you back.

I was going to purchase a treadmill from nordictrack, i will do a lot more research. I understand that machines breakdown, but customer service is what sells products and keeps the customers happy and coming back. This is what i do for a living, shame on you nordictrack.

Worst tread mill I ever bought will never buy a nordicTrack product again. Bought it in November 2016 broke April 2017. Called customer support and all they can do is diagnose it over the phone what a joke and they tell me they going to send me the part and I have to install it myself still waiting for the part since April 26.
