I ordered a Spacesaver SE 9i. I was very excited for this purchase.

I paid for the white glove delivery service. Everything was running smooth with the purchase. I received a call that my machine was going to be delivered and set up on August 30, 2019. The delivery guys showed up at 930 am.

The delivery men were very courteous. They unpacked the machine and began set up. At one point one of the delivery men said that he ran into a issue. The main wire was stuck and he could not connect the console top it.

He called the warehouse and spoke to a person who said he would stop out and fix the issue.The delivery guy had me sign and initial his phone. I have no idea what I signed.At 1PM, I called the local XPO Logistics phone number [(716) 238-****] and spoke to someone who [name unknown] was aware of the situation. He said that he was going to stop by my place and fix the issue on his way home and call me at 3pm. At 3 pm I did not receive a call.

I called at 4 pm and left a voicemail. I called at 5pm and left a voicemail. They obviously were closed. I called again this am (September 1, 2019) and they were closed.

I finally spoke with a gentleman named Scott from XPO Logistics in Cheektowaga, NY. He asked when I would be available, I told him I will be home at 3PM. I took the afternoon off unpaid. Scott finally came to my house at 630 PM and said that the main wire is to short and cant be connected to the iFit console.

He said that this recently in Ellipictals is a known issue. I'm getting no where. I'm being bounced around your departments. Customer Service sends me to Parts.

Parts sends me to Delivery issues. Let me be frank, I just want a technician to come out and get the Ellipictal up and running!

I am now extremely unhappy with the Norditrack and the delivery company!

I want this device set up completed as soon as possible. In addition I am requesting that my white glove delivery fee be refunded to me since I spent a whole day waiting for the situation to be resolved.

Please contact me as soon as possible as I am now the owner of a partially set up Spacesaver 9i.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $199.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

NordicTrack Pros: Easy ordering.

NordicTrack Cons: Icon poor customer service, Lie about almost everything including delivery times.
