I purchased a Nordictrack recumbent bike 11/10. The screen went out on it 1/11.

They supposedly ordered me a new screen 2/1/11. As of 3/30/11, they still have not recieved the screen and cannot tell me when it will come in. All customer service would say is "There is nothing we can do." Was my bike the only bike made? Are they still making these bikes?

In this day of overnight shipping they cannot get me a screen in a week? Customer service could care less and are trained to blow you off. I asked to speak to supervisor. They put me on hold for ten minutes, then came back and said that I could not speak to anyone else.

Said I had to write the company if I have a complaint.

I will never do business with this company again and I would advise you of the same.
