Resolved: NordicTrack - Norder track X7i incline
I've had this machine 7 months,2 major problem.
This problem the console stopped working. I talked to 3 different support people each said I need a different part.
But they ended sending me a new consol. When I received it NO FRECKING instructions!!
What the worst is when I brought the machine I paid for someone to come out and assemble it.
Now there telling me that I have to replace the consol
myself. They don"t use a warrent for a service guy to come out. I had to pay for the service guy to come out. even if it was out of my control and still under warrent.
I have tried to replace it. But with my arthritis in my hand and 100000**** screws to unscrew. It's impossible!
Reason of review: Warranty issue.

I wrote this review. And I thought I would try one more time on getting a service guy out to replace my Console under warranty.
Call 4.
I explained that I received my console with no instruction.
And that I couldn't understand why if it was not my fault and I've only had this machine for 7 months why they couldn't pay for the Service. After she put me on hold she came back and said that yes they would pay for the service people to come out.
Go figure!!!!!
