I purchased Nordic Track treadmil through Sears. I used the treamill rarely.
6 month after I purchase it it start making noise. I called customer support at Sears and there is a message to call Nordic Track cutumer support. Icalled them, they want you first to register online otherwise they will NOT talk to you. After registration, they when you call them, they will send you wrench to adust belt.
I did that and called back because the noise still there, next they want you to spend hours trouble shooting on phone with them then will send you part to try yourself repair that then they will do anything except honoring the warranty on their treadmill. They offer me to pay $160 dollar NOW and they will send a technician. I felt it is a blackmail. DON'T EXPECT TO RECEIVE ANY SERVICE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU PAY.
I AM A DOCTOR AND I REALLY DON'T HAVE TIME TO WRITE REVIEW ON ANYONE BUT I FELT SO BAD I DECIDED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW AND OTHER REVIEW SO PEOPLE DON'T BE CHEATED ON.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NORDIC TRACK. THEY ARE BAD.
