I had a terrible customer service and product defect experience with a technician trying to get my machine fixed over the last 30 days or so. After countless calls and trouble shooting discussions (1 week of trying) I finally paid over $100 to have a tech come over (another week to work out an appointment time for him to tell me in 5 minutes that the pulley was damaged and I had to buy a new one (over $100 dollars again) and have it installed. I waited 10 days for the thing and it came cracked at the base. UTS agreed to send a new one (another 10 day wait since they have no way of express ship if I paid extra!!!)

I just installed the new piece only to find out it does not fit right and it is banging on the bottom of the support bar rending the belt unusable. At this point forget the technician, forget UTS, forget NordiTrack. I regret buying such an expensive machine that broke after so little use, what a rip off!
