Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bought a Grand Enduro Bike December 31, 2017, it shipped pretty quickly, we got it put together and I don't like it.All I want to do is return my bike within the 30 days of purchase and literally, NO ONE answers the phone.

I don't know what to do because I feel like this is not going to end well and I end up paying for something I don't like.

Anyone have any leads on how to get through to someone?This is getting to a point of being ridiculous and I feel like this phone number is a fraud.
