Update: I received the USB drive and plugged it into the console and it did not fix it. After an hour on the phone with technical support and screen sharing so they could see what the console was doing, it was determined I needed a whole new console.

After receiving the new console my husband installed it and it worked. Finally.

I ordered a brand new Commercial VU 19 bike and after spending over $1000.00 it does not work on arrival. The touchscreen console will not start up properly and it appears the main home screen is missing and Ifit does not launch.

After troubleshooting over the phone was told a usb thumb drive would be sent to me but it would be 7-10 days. Even after offering to pay myself for quicker shipping was told “we can’t do that”.

What a joke. I have a brand new bike that is basically bricked and not useable and the best they can do is offer me 7-10 delivery time on a usb drive that may or may not fix the bike?

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
