Can anyone suggest other sites to post to?

I have just had my Nordic Track (Icon) tread mill repaired under warranty 2 months after my first call. Like another customer complained on this site, no one at the customer service seems to have any authority.

They will not let you talk to the actual service department but tell you the service supervisor will call you back. Good luck with that. The only thing they are good at there from my experience is giving you the run around. I was told that the only way to complain is to write to the president and I assume that his very poor customer service department reflects his real concern for the customer.

I would not recommend buying anything from Nordic Track or Icon and I plan to tell anyone that I can about my terrible customer service experience. This is my first post to a complaint web site...I am that angry with their lack of respect for a customer.

I wish they would fix our computer issue with our 3 year old treadmill that has crash once before! Customer service?? There is NO customer service!!!

I ordered my elliptical and IFIT module 12/12/14. Never arrivd so I cancelled it after 3 weeks.

This cancellation was a long wait on the phone. They gave me a cancellation confirmation number but never credited my account and then still sent the IFIT module. I am on the phone almost the entire day waiting for someone to answer but no luck.

I will just return the IFIT module and dispute the charges with my credit card. This is the worst I've ever dealt with.

Wow, my elliptical is scheduled for delivery in 30 minutes. I just came across this site on accident trying to figure out if I need to be here for delivery.

Very nervous now. Bought both a bike and elliptical.

Keeping my fingers crossed! Had I saw this site before I ordered, I never would have!

The equipment is fine unless it breaks and you need service. Their customer service was unacceptable.

Wow. Glad to see it's not just me. Just bought a machine and it arrived broken. Called customer service thinking they would send someone out to repair seeing as I bought the warranty. No such luck. After they finally got around to me, three days later, sending them photos of the damage and finally convencing them I couldn't and shouldn't have to repair it myself if they send me a new frame, they say they will send a new one, in 3-4 weeks. I have to repack the box and get it out to porch or they will charge me a hundred dollars to come into house to get the broken one.

If I leave it out on proch for them and it gets stolen I have to pay for another machine.

I work in a customer service field and if any of my employees treated our customers the way I was treated, I'd fire them. I too am. Telling anyone I can to stay away from Nordic Track. I posted a review on their website, has yet to be posted.

I dodged a bullet. I ordered a treadmill, and it never arrived.

I called customer service and waited forever, and no answer. Several emails with no answer and a horrible online chat with a rep, and still no answer.

So I then contacted AmEx to dispute the charge and had it reversed. Not my problem anymore.

I bet I have called over 30 times always get same story..

Customer service at Nordic track is horrible and rude . I have been waiting for 3 months to fix my machine .

I do not know when it will be done . DO NOT BUY Nordic track ANY MORE.

I bought a Nordic track eliptical machine in late Febuary and resistance cable broke by mid March. Since I also purchased warranty I figured I would make a call and they would fix it no problem .

Boy was I wrong, it is now April and still not fixed. Customer service at Nordic track is horrible they do not care at all and no rush to solve my problem.

I am returning my machine to the store and buying a different brand. A 1500.00 machine should not break in one month and if it does it should not take 3 weeks and counting to repair it.

Her feelings on customer service is dead on. There is absolutly no follow thru with their reps.

If you want it fixed you have to keep calling and calling until you get it resolved. I have had two problems with my recumbent and it takes over a month to get anything done.

So very sad because we love the bike. But their service,,that's another story.
