Three months in and my Nordic Track treadmill sounds like a plane crashing. Calling Nordic Track you get UTS and they tell me that since I am still on the manufacturer's warranty I HAVE TO REPLACE THE MOTOR MYSELF!!!

It's been almost two weeks since I first contacted Nordic Track/UTS, who don't have hours conducive to Eastern Time (they're Mountain Time). Finally, after trying to reach them and getting conflicting information about the hours for their service (all three were wrong), they finally answer the phone, listen to my motor, and then say it will be 7-10 days before a new more arrives AND I have to replace the motor myself. Horrible, horrible customer service; this is akin to buy a new car or motorcycle, or even an expensive bicycle, and being told you have to diagnose the problem and replace the brakes, or belts, or motor yourself. Jeez, this is bad.

I am completely dissatisfied and seemingly nobody at Nordic Track cares at all.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.
